Congratulations! Our records indicate that you are expecting to graduate this December. Please take a moment to review your personal information in SIS to ensure your name is printed correctly on your diploma and that it will ship to the correct address. Here are a few FAQs which you may find helpful:
What name is printed on my diploma, and how do I view it in SIS?
Your Primary Name in SIS is the name you will see on your diploma. Here are some instructions for viewing your Primary Name as it is listed in SIS.
*Updating your Preferred Name will not change the way your name appears on your diploma.
How do I update my Primary Name in SIS?
Please complete the SIS Primary Name Update Form if your Primary Name is incorrectly listed in SIS, or if you would like to make additional edits to your middle name or initials.
Please note that prefixes, such as Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Dr. will NOT be printed on the diploma.
The deadline to update your Primary Name in SIS is December 1, 2023.
Where will you mail my diploma?
Your diploma will be mailed to the Diploma Address as it is listed in SIS. Please verify that all portions of the address, including the country, are correct.
*Be sure to verify your Diploma Address; we do not mail your diploma to your Home or Mailing Address.
If you are leaving the country after graduation, we strongly recommend that you use the address of a friend or family member living in the United States as your Diploma Address. Mailing diplomas internationally can result in damage, significantly delayed delivery, or loss.

When will I receive my diploma and my CeDiploma?
Fall 2023 diplomas are expected to ship in mid-February. Diplomas shipped to an address within the United States should be delivered in March. Diplomas shipped internationally should be delivered in late March. These are estimates only; we cannot guarantee shipping times or delivery dates.
You will be notified via email when your diploma has shipped and your CeDiploma has become available. For instructions on how to access your CeDiploma through your SIS account, visit the CeDiploma Information page on the UREG website.
