Replacement of Original Diploma

The new original diploma will not be ordered until the original diploma has been shown, via an attached photo, as destroyed or damaged. NOTE: Diploma must appear clearly destroyed (i.e., cut with scissors, ripped in half, etc).

Only one original diploma can be in circulation for a degree. To order a duplicate, please choose an option from the next section below.
To replace your original diploma, please attach a photo of the damaged/destroyed diploma.
