Replacement of Original Diploma

The new original diploma will not be ordered until the original damaged diploma has been shown to our office. If damaged during shipping, please include two attached photos. The first photo should capture the shipping damages. The second photo should show proof it was destroyed. NOTE: Diploma must appear clearly destroyed (i.e., cut with scissors, ripped in half, etc.).

Only one original diploma can be in circulation for a degree. To order a duplicate, please choose an option from the next section below.
To replace your original diploma, please attach a photos of the damaged/destroyed diploma.
