Curriculog will be closed for maintenance from June 3rd to July 5th and will reopen the week of July 8th. If you have a course request during the maintenance period, please email a completed paper course form to [email protected], via the approved sender (see list below). Please be aware that our response and processing times will be slower than normal as our priority will be servicing Curriculog.

Curriculog Maintenance Timeline**

  • May 3rd - Deadline to request changes to your school's approval process (for school registrar's only).
  • May 24th - Deadline to submit any outstanding course proposal.
  • May 24th at 5pm - All 24-25 approval processes will be deactivated.
  • May 27th to May 31st - The Curriculog Maintenance team will finish processing the proposals that made the May 24th submission deadline.
  • June 3rd to July 5th - Curriculog under maintenance.
    • IMPORTANT: Any proposal that did not meet the May 24th submission deadline will be purged. Please print or download a copy of the proposal if you need to retain the course information.

  • Week of July 8th - Curriculog reopens.

Course Proposal Purge

Any proposal that did not meet the May 24th submission deadline will be purged. Please print or download a copy of the proposal if you need to retain the course information.

College only: Course proposals that miss the April 15th deadline will be included in the purge. Please do not submit any new course proposals using the 24-25 Arts & Sciences UGRAD New Course approval process after April 15th.

To download or print PDF copies of any proposal, please use the following steps.

  • Log into Curriculog
  • Locate the proposal using the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner
  • Open the proposal
  • Click the printer icon next to the proposal's name and select print options
  • Print the proposal
