Congratulations! Our records indicate that you are expected to graduate this August. In preparation for this important event, please take a moment to review your personal information in SIS to ensure your name is printed correctly on your diploma and that your diploma will ship to the correct address. Here are some helpful resources to assist you.
What name is printed on my diploma, and how do I view it in SIS?
The name printed on your diploma is the same as your primary name in SIS. For instructions on how to view your primary name in SIS,

How do I update my primary name in SIS?
If your primary name in SIS is incorrect, or you would like to include your middle name or omit the punctuation for any initials, please complete the
SIS Primary Name Update Form available on the UREG website.
Note: Prefixes, such as Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Dr. will NOT be printed on the diploma.
The deadline to submit your request to update your primary name in SIS is August 1, 2022.
How do I view or update my diploma address in SIS?
Your diploma address is used to ship your diploma. Please verify that all portions of the address, including the country, are correct in SIS.
For international addresses, we strongly recommend that you use the address of a friend or family member within the United States for your diploma address. When shipping internationally, you may experience a delay in delivery or damage to or loss of your diploma.

When Will I Receive My Diploma and my CeDiploma?
Summer 2022 diplomas are expected to be shipped in the beginning of October. Diplomas shipped to an address within the United States should be delivered around mid-October. Diplomas being shipped internationally should be delivered around the beginning of November. These are estimates only; we cannot guarantee shipping times or delivery dates.
Your CeDiploma will be available electronically once your diploma has shipped. For instructions on how to access your CeDiploma through your SIS account, visit the
