Dear SIS Administrator,
We are pleased to announce that a new feature, Lookup Student, will be available in the administrative portal of the Student Information System (SIS), beginning the week of February 7, 2022. Lookup Student will allow SIS administrators to view a student’s information as the student sees it in SIS. You’ll be able to view the student’s enrollment information, To Do items, and program information.
Please note that Lookup Student is different from the recently added Find Student by User ID feature. Find Student by User ID allows instructors and advisors to use a student's computing ID to search for their SIS ID.
Starting the week of February 7, after you login as an administrator you will find Lookup Student under the HighPoint > Campus Experience Menu.
Also beginning the week of February 7, students will see the Degree Progress report added to their SIS menu. This new functionality provides an updated, user-friendly format for viewing academic requirement information and more clearly displays information to help students identify and enroll in courses that satisfy outstanding degree requirements.
